ソリューション営業活動 (ユーザーへの営業活動)
- 各種フィールドセールス活動や顧客関係管理（CRM）に従事します。
- 会社の利益を代表し、フィールドセールスの成果向上に向けてビジネス関係を構築する役割を担います。
・既存顧客および見込み客におけるビジネス機会を積極的に特定し、顧客ニーズを把握するための専門的な関係を構築した上で、そのニーズに合致する製品やサービスを提案事業戦略を支援するため、担当内の既存顧客および見込み客を対象とした事業開発活動
・入札案件の機会を特定し、入札への対応準備や見込み客との交渉に参加
セールス・事業開発チームのために、新規顧客との接点（リード）を開拓
担当顧客や見込み客との間で有望なプロジェクトを積極的に発掘・育成し、営業・事業開発チームに提案
・見込み顧客と信頼関係を構築し、ビジネス機会の創出や獲得
展示会への参加や新製品のプレゼンテーションを行い、組織の認知度向上を図り、担当顧客向けのワークショップを企画・準備
【応募要件 / Minimum Requirements (MUST)】
営業経験として顧客対応業務の経験（最低1‐2年以上）
コミュニケーション能力
【歓迎要件 / Nice-to-have Requirements】
空調冷凍機器業界での営業経験
運転免許証
【勤務場所】
関西支社（研修後に関西支社内での配属先を決定）
