Job Description

Responsabilidades Clave 

•    Planeación Académica: Diseñar e implementar secuencias didácticas y planes de lecciones basados en los programas de estudio vigentes y en las prácticas sociales del lenguaje.
•    Enseñanza de la Lengua: Instruir en conceptos básicos de gramática, ortografía, vocabulario, pronunciación y redacción de textos.
•    Fomento a la Lectura: Seleccionar textos literarios adecuados a la edad y nivel formativo para promover el análisis crítico y el gusto por la literatura.
•    Evaluación del Aprendizaje: Realizar evaluaciones formativas y sumativas para valorar las habilidades, fortalezas y debilidades de los alumnos, brindando retroalimentación oportuna.
•    Gestión del Aula: Mantener un ambiente de aprendizaje propicio que fomente el crecimiento académico, social y emocional de los jóvenes.
•    Comunicación con la Comunidad: Informar periódicamente sobre el progreso de los alumnos a los padres de familia y coordinadores académicos

Habilidades, Cualificaciones y Experiencia
•    Formación Académica: Título en Licenciatura en Educación Secundaria con especialidad en español, Licenciatura en Educación Media con especialidad en español, Lengua y Literatura Hispánicas, Letras o Humanidades.
•    Experiencia: mínimo 2 años de experiencia docente en niveles similares.
•    Dominio profundo de la lengua materna (ortografía, redacción y comprensión lectora).
•    Manejo de Google Workspace y habilidades digitales
•    Conocimiento de los estándares curriculares y planes de estudio nacionales, así como los estándares de currícula internacional.
