About this role

Is responsible for designing and developing engaging user experiences for a variety of applications, as well as the design, development, documentation, debugging, and support of the user interface to optimize user experience.

Activities include:

  • Studying and evaluating user perceptions of system usability, value, utility, and task efficiency
  • Translating user needs and business requirements into fleet managment features and functionality
  • Developing process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design strategies effectively
  • Articulating, developing, and modeling the end user experience, including the visual design of the application, and interacting with end customers (drivers) to make user interaction simple, efficient, and consistent
  • Assessing and optimizing the performance of new and existing features through usability testing, user research, analytics data interpretation, and continues monitoring and exchanges with Marketing and pilot customers
