Job Description
- Maintain the high standard of personal appearance and hygiene as per Araamu spa and the hotel standard.
- Maintains cleanliness of the work place specially treatment rooms.
- Should be ready at the spa as per the booking time.
- Communicating with the clients to ascertain there medical history, specific needs and requests.
- Should give an explanation as to benefits of the treatment.
- Perform, and provide the services up to the Araamu Spa standard.
- Recognize and respect the rights and privacy of the client.
- Kits, tools and equipment should be kept clean and neat.
- Ensure to clean treatment room as soon after each treatment, make sure all the amenities are readily available. If you don’t have time get help from spa attendant.
- Reminds colleagues of any deviations from normal procedures.
- Ensures that any suggestion or complaint from guest or staff should be reported to the supervisor immediately.
- Performs any additional duties as and when requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications
• Certificate in massage preferably Thai & oil massage.
• Previous spa experience
• Able to communicate in English
• Well groomed and high standard of personal hygiene
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
