Key Responsibilities
Spa Operations
- Supervise the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor treatment schedules, therapist assignments, and room availability to maximize productivity.
- Ensure all spa facilities, treatment rooms, and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures in accordance with established standards.
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring personalized, professional, and memorable spa experiences.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure therapists consistently meet the hotel's service and grooming standards.
- Promote guest loyalty by maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and motivate Spa Therapists and Spa Attendants.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and performance development of team members.
