Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Spa Manager, you’re not just overseeing daily spa operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Maximize revenue opportunities: Develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth and enhance the guest experience
• Maintain spa facilities: Ensure spa areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order
• Enhance guest satisfaction: Monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
