Solutions Engineer

The Solutions Engineer is a customer-facing technical partner who works closely with Sales to help prospective customers understand, evaluate, and successfully validate Bolster’s platform. This role combines technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach to uncover customer needs, demonstrate relevant capabilities, and guide customers through technical evaluations. The Solutions Engineer supports the sales cycle from technical discovery through solution validation, including product demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, integrations, and technical due diligence. This role also serves as an important connection between customers and Bolster’s Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams by sharing feedback and helping ensure a smooth transition from evaluation to adoption.   Location: Remote (U.S. only) Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
