Als Solution Consultant bringst du den Mehrwert unserer Haiilo Software zum Leben, begeisterst Kund:innen zusammen mit unserem AE's für unsere Technologie und verantwortest die technischen Aspekte des gesamten Sales Cycles - von der ersten Demo bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
Die Rolle ist hybrid mit zwei Office Tagen pro Woche in Hamburg.

Wen wir suchen:
- Du hast 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung als Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer oder Solution Consultant, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld.
- Du musst kein EntwicklerIn sein, aber verstehst technische Konzepte und kannst sie sicher zwischen Business- und Tech-Teams vermitteln.
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationstalent und schaffst es, mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf Augenhöhe zu sprechen und komplexe Themen klar zu vermitteln.
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams durch die Entwicklung überzeugender Demos, technischer Präsentationen und Proof-of-Concepts sowie die Beantwortung technischer Fragen in RFPs und RFIs.
- Sammlung und Weitergabe von Partner-Feedback an unsere Produktteams mit dem Ziel, deren Anforderungen gezielt in die Produktentwicklung und Roadmap einfließen zu lassen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern, um Haiilo-Lösungen kundenindividuell anzupassen und integrationsfähig für verschiedene Tools zu gestalten.
