Job Description

As a Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for shaping and driving social media performance, strengthening brand presence, and contributing to customer growth across social media platforms.

What you will do:

  • Develop social media strategies including KPI setting and steering
  • Monitor and analyse performance data and continuously improve channel effectiveness
  • Translate audience insights, platform developments and emerging trends into actionable opportunities
  • Own social media content requirements and ensure channel needs are integrated into campaign and production planning from the start
  • Partner closely with the Social Media Creative Lead to secure optimized content for platforms, formats and audiences
  • Project lead social media productions including budget ownership
  • Identify opportunities to increase community engagement and channel performance
  • Plan, publish, and monitor organic content across social platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brief, align and plan content and campaigns
  • Identify new opportunities and trends to enhance social media performance
  • Contribute to long-term digital strategy development across the customer journey
     

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will collaborate closely with Creative, Digital Marketing, PR, E-commerce, as well as external partners. You will work cross-functionally to align content, campaigns, and brand storytelling across all social media channels.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with:

  • Strong experience in social media management and organic channel strategy
  • Deep knowledge of major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
  • Experience with content planning, publishing, and optimisation tools
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights platforms
  • Experience translating channel insights into content opportunities and production requirements
  • Experience managing content calendars and coordinating content planning across stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and deliverables
  • Experience from fashion, lifestyle, retail or consumer brands
  • Understanding of digital customer journeys and social commerce
  • Experience working in international or global environments
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Additional Information

This is a full-time temporary contract for one year, based at our Head Office in Stockholm
