Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). Develop and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns. Write engaging captions, copy, and basic creative briefs for designers. Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and optimize for ROI. Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community. Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions). Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align messaging. Requirements Requirements 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing. Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Working knowledge of paid social advertising. Strong writing, communication, and creative skills. Basic understanding of graphic/video tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar) is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance. Nice to Have Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
