Role Description:
We are looking for a strategic and creatively driven Social Media with 4–6 years of experience to lead the brand’s digital presence within a retail environment. This role will focus on translating in-store experiences, product narratives, and brand identity into compelling digital content.
You will work closely with the internal creative and marketing teams to plan and execute content strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support overall retail business objectives.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with retail and business goals
- Build monthly and campaign-based content plans around store activities, product drops, and brand initiatives
- Lead content direction, storytelling, and narrative building across platforms
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistent visual and brand communication
- Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on insights and data
- Identify trends and adapt them to suit the brand’s positioning and retail context
- Ensure timely execution of content calendars and campaign.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in social media strategy, creative strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in retail or fashion
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behavior
- Proven ability to build content strategies that drive engagement and brand growth
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and copywriting skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize performance
- Experience working closely with in-house creative teams
- Interest in fashion, retail, and consumer behavior is preferred
