Summary: The Social Media Executive – Trainee plays a vital role in driving digital engagement by supporting the creation, scheduling, and optimization of social media content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities: Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Coordinate with internal teams (design, video editing, content) to ensure seamless campaign execution. Monitor social media channels and support real-time community engagement. Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, memes, and platform algorithm changes. Prepare engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions aligned with brand guidelines. Track content performance and assist in compiling basic analytics reports. Support influencer and creator-led campaigns from ideation to execution. Maintain accurate content calendars and ensure timely delivery of tasks. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, reels, shorts, and digital content initiatives. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field. Strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and entertainment content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Telugu is a plus. Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content formats. Basic understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and trending content. Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
