Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager - Bay Area, CA Based Role

We're looking for a highly creative, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented Social Media & Personal Brand Lead to elevate both Side's brand across social media. This is not a traditional social media management role. We're looking for someone who understands how attention is earned, how brands are built on social media, and how great content influences business decisions. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creator, storyteller, and operator. They bring original ideas, move quickly, and have a strong instinct for what will resonate with ambitious business owners. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that position Side as the most innovative company in real estate while building meaningful engagement with top-producing agents, team leaders, and brokerage owners across the country. Success in this role will be measured not simply by posting consistency, but by audience growth, engagement, share of voice, brand perception, and ultimately the quality of relationships and opportunities generated through social channels. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA. Candidates should be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work from the office at least two days per week.
