Reports to: Marketing Automation Specialist Hours: 10 hrs/week Purpose Produce and schedule all social and visual content for Local Hosting UK and client accounts, working to brand guidelines. Responsibilities Plan, produce and schedule social content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Design static and animated assets: social graphics, email headers, landing page imagery, ad creative. Edit short-form video (30–60 second cuts, captions, basic motion). Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently, including for client brands. Monitor and report on engagement, reach and follower growth monthly. Community management: respond to comments and DMs within agreed hours, escalate support issues to the support team. Essential tools and experience 2+ years in social media and design, agency or multi-brand environment preferred. Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator as a minimum). Figma — able to work from an existing design system, not just from scratch. Video editing — CapCut, Premiere Pro or After Effects. Social scheduling — Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, Metricool or equivalent. Portfolio demonstrating brand-consistent work across multiple clients or brands. Desirable Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Motion graphics / Lottie animation. Elementor or WordPress page building. Experience designing for B2B or technology brands rather than consumer/lifestyle only. What good looks like in the first 90 days A month of content scheduled a month in advance, consistently. A reusable template set in Canva so routine posts don't need a designer every time. Client social work delivered on brief without redesign rounds. Screening request Portfolio required. Please prioritise candidates whose portfolio shows work in more than one brand style we need someone who can work to a client's guidelines, not someone with a single signature look.
