Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven, sales-oriented individual with expertise in social media management. The ideal candidate should be highly responsive, capable of handling calls and messages efficiently, and maintain excellent customer engagement promptly. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow social media channels to drive sales and brand awareness. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls and messages. Engage customers effectively to boost satisfaction and loyalty. Capture short videos for reel and the platforms - Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok Stay updated on social media trend and incorporate relevant ideas into content and seeking approval before posting or sharing Collaborate with your team to post new arrivals as part of the content package Collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets and improve customer experience. Any other duties assigned Requirements Qualifications: HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media management, sales, or customer service. Proven experience in social media management and sales. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions promptly.
