- Analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotions, new product launches, and other demand drivers.
- Monitor actual performance against forecast and identify reasons for variances.
- Lead the monthly S&OP process with accurate demand projections and business insights.
- Analyze key KPIs including revenue, orders, average bill value, product mix and store performance.
- Develop management dashboards and regular performance reports.
