Role Overview

In a Nutshell…

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team within Vistry South East, at our Ottershaw site (KT16 0LQ) . As our Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Ottershaw residential development, ensuring that all construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, quality, and budget requirements.

 

You will lead site teams and subcontractors, drive a culture of health and safety excellence, and be accountable for delivering homes that exceed customer expectations.

Upon completion of the Ottershaw project, there is going to be plenty of opportunities within Vistry South East on our many new up and coming developments.

More about the Site Manager role…

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential construction site.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety legislation and company standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and support site teams and subcontractors to achieve programme targets.
  • Monitor build quality throughout all phases of construction and ensure compliance with NHBC and Building Regulation requirements.
  • Manage site resources, labour, and materials effectively to maximise productivity.
  • Maintain build programmes and proactively address delays or issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
  • Work closely with Technical, Commercial, Sales, Customer Care, and Production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure plots are delivered on schedule to support business targets and customer completion dates.
