Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Site Engineer to manage on-site execution activities for IBMS, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire & Security projects. The candidate will be responsible for installation supervision, testing, commissioning support, contractor coordination, and ensuring project execution in accordance with quality, safety, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for IBMS, CCTV, ACS, and Fire & Security systems.
• Coordinate installation of field devices, control panels, controllers, network equipment, and associated infrastructure.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Conduct site surveys and verify installation readiness.
• Support testing, commissioning, and system integration activities.
• Perform inspection of installed systems and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Track material availability, site requirements, and manpower deployment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Support project handover, documentation, and customer acceptance activities.
