About this role

  • Coordinate and follow up on daily site activities in accordance with the approved project schedule.
  • Coordinate between site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
  • Follow up on the progress of different trades and ensure proper sequencing of activities.
  • Ensure that approved drawings, specifications, and relevant technical information are available to the site team.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available according to project requirements.
  • Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors regarding deliveries, manpower, and work progress.
  • Communicate technical and site-related issues to the appropriate engineer or project manager.
  • Support the project team during testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
  • Ensure that site activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, project requirements, and safety standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in *Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field* is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience* in construction, fit-out, site coordination, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in interior fit-out, commercial, residential, retail, or corporate projects is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of construction site activities and project workflows.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Good knowledge of construction materials and basic construction methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly *Excel and Word*.
