Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Performance Fab, a sister company of Fox Cities Builders, is looking for a dependable and organized Shipping & Receiving Specialist to help manage materials, deliveries, inventory, and logistics throughout our fabrication facility.

If you enjoy staying active, operating equipment, solving problems, and making sure the right materials get to the right place at the right time, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries
• Stage, label, and distribute materials to support production schedules
• Track inventory and identify shortages, damages, and discrepancies
• Process jobsite returns and maintain accurate material records
• Move materials throughout the shop and yard using forklifts and other equipment
• Pick up and deliver materials to vendors and job sites as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory accuracy and facility security

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Forklift experience preferred
• Valid CDL and ability to maintain CDL requirements
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
