Job Description

Are you an experienced SharePoint professional with a passion for driving digital collaboration, document management, and modern workplace solutions? We’re looking for a SharePoint Associate Architect to take ownership of our enterprise SharePoint landscape, shaping strategy, governance, and technical delivery across the Group. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our digital transformation journey, leading the evolution of our SharePoint Online Document Management Solution while guiding the transition from legacy platforms to cloud-based services.

Working with senior stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and third-party partners, you'll combine strong technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused solutions that enable business success.

What You Will Do

  • You'll define and lead the Group-wide SharePoint strategy, architecture, governance, and standards, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
  • You'll manage and continuously enhance the SharePoint Online Document Management Solution (DMS), while supporting legacy SharePoint environments throughout cloud migration initiatives.
  • You'll design and deliver custom SharePoint solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, automation, integrations, and low-code/no-code technologies to meet business needs.
  • You'll provide technical leadership by collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, support teams, and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues and deliver successful project outcomes.
  • You'll champion SharePoint best practices, drive process improvements, effectively manage priorities, and demonstrate strong collaboration, adaptability, and leadership aligned with the values of being Authentic, Bold, and Collaborative.

Qualifications

About you

  • You hold a degree in Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience), with significant IT expertise and experience as a SharePoint Architect.
  • You have strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, APIs, and workflow automation technologies.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and ongoing support.
  • You possess broad technical expertise across the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, SQL Server, Azure services, system integrations, and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and deliver results effectively in complex global environments, independently or as part of a team.
