SG Sales Executive

1. 客户关系管理
在所负责区域内积极开发并维护客户关系，提升公司市场地位；
为销售团队提供销售机会（如交叉销售），并协调内部沟通；
2. 维保销售业务
维保合同管理
全程跟进免保转签及续签，确保零丢失；
优化现有维保业务，制定合理定价策略，提升利润。
监控销售数据，分析并调整销售策略，确保完成台数及销售额目标；
负责订单及合同管理，完成维保销售预算及定价目标。
应收账款管理，协助或执行回款，预测应收账款情况。
3. 其他职责
业务相关培训以及会议；
 
岗位要求：
学历/经验：本科及以上学历，或1年以上销售经验；
行业背景：熟悉大型机电销售模式，有电梯行业经验优先；
熟练使用办公软件（Word/Excel/PPT等）及CRM系统；
具备良好的沟通技巧及人际交往能力。
