SFE & Data Analytics Specialist

Objective / Purpose of the Job

The role will be supporting SFE Manager to ensure best in class Commercial Execution through SFE and CRM Capabilities. SFE plays pivotal role in driving excellence through Sales Incentive design and analysis, Profiling Segmentation and Targeting, Territory management, execution KPI and dashboard & reporting. This role demands both strategic thinking and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment, working with multifunctional teams to push SFE agenda. The incumbent reports directly to the SFE Manager.

Key Activities / Responsibilities

1. Deliver customized reports and supporting dashboard that enabled consistent data tracking and create visibility to multifunctional teams. Examples of data to work with are distributor sales data, scanned sales from customers, IQVIA and Nielsen
2. Managing distributor portal (ZIP online, EZRX) to map customers to sales representative.
3. Managing internal application (Snowflake) to map internal product code to distributor product code
4. Maintaining master mapping (Product, Customer, Sales Representative) for IMS Dashboard. Ensuring data is matching versus distributor portal
5. Managing Veeva CRM to support MCCP upload, data maintenance and troubleshooting if required. Aim to have highest data accuracy, well crafted SOP and data completeness. At one point to be able to provide training for end users
6. Assist SFE Manager in Profiling, Segmentation and Targeting which includes working with multifunctional team to assess potential through survey and to match sales through ZP Ship to code
7. Assist SFE Manager in Sales Incentive calculation. To create template that is minimalist, flexible and adequate to ensure incentive is paid out accurately and before agreed deadline
8. Assist SFE Manager in ensuring capacity vs resource allocation to meet business need and ensuring right balance for sales representative territory composition
9. Assist multifunctional team on finding solutions with limited resources. Example: Finding the right customer base to push for new product penetration.
10. Lead and initiate implementation of creative approaches to improve processes, drive continuous improvements. Build metrics and mechanisms to monitor progress.

Qualifications / Trainings

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistic, Business or any related fields
• Min diploma holder
• Advance user / Power user in Microsoft Excel

Required Experience

• Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
• Ability to perform routine tasks.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Pharma industry.
• Proficiency in Commerce Excellence and Sales Force data analysis.
• Proficiency in Veeva CRM and ZIP Insider will be added advantage.
