You’ll handle challenging assignments where precision, craftsmanship, and stone preservation are paramount. You set the standard for excellence in the manufacturing team.
Set 10+ complex pieces per day, including colored stones and intricate designs
· Handle all diamond shapes and side stones in high-difficulty settings
· Execute detailed setting methods requiring enhanced precision and care
· Work on pieces where the standard piece rate does not reflect the time or expertise required
· Serve as a quality benchmark and collaborate with peers to troubleshoot advanced settings
