About this role
Als Service Techniker*in führen Sie Inbetriebnahmen, Kundenschulungen, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten vor Ort beim Kunden in ganz Deutschland, gelegentlich auch im Ausland (weltweit), durch.
Aus Ihrem Home-Office Büro betreuen Sie hauptsächlich unsere mechatronische Pumpen/Pumpensysteme. (z.B. „SIHIdry“ / „SIHIboost“).
Idealerweise wohnen Sie im Großraum Mannheim, Frankfurt am Main, Kaiserslautern.
Qualifikation & Profil:
Durchführen von Inbetriebnahmen, Kundenschulungen, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
Gelegentliche, unterstützende Reparaturarbeiten in der Servicewerkstatt Troisdorf
Analyse bzw. Fehlerdiagnose und Beseitigung von Störungen
Erstellung von Arbeitsberichten wie z.B. Wartungsprotokolle, Inbetriebnahmeprotokolle
Teilnahme an Bereitschaftsdiensten
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker*in oder Elektroniker*in
Hohe Reisebereitschaft deutschlandweit sowie gelegentlich im Ausland (weltweit), inklusive außerhäuslicher Übernachtungen
Gute PC- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Eignung als Atemschutzgeräteträger nach G26 II
Führerschein Klasse B
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, selbstständiges Arbeiten, Engagement, sehr hohe Flexibilität sowie Belastbarkeit und Kundenorientierung
