- Experience managing pricing strategies, service offerings, and business performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead teams and drive results in a complex matrix organization.
- Experience in the marine lifecycle service or maritime industry.
- Knowledge of AP aftermarket business models and competitive landscape.
- Experience leading multicultural teams and working across global organizations.
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence and operational performance management.
- Demonstrated success in implementing business transformation, process improvement, or innovation initiatives.
- Familiarity with sustainability programs, safety management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
