Job Title: ServiceNow SPM

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications based on business requirements.
  • Design and implement solutions across Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Strategic Planning modules.
  • Develop workflows, integrations, and automation solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
  • Perform root cause analysis and support production issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Support end-to-end SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Drive process optimization and automation within portfolio and project management functions.

Key Skills:

  • 4.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
  • Certifications :  Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD)
