Key Deliverables:

A SKILLED ServiceNow candidate should demonstrate hands-on experience in:

  • Requirements analysis and solution design
  • ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development
  • Workflow and automation implementation
  • Agile-based delivery and sprint execution
  • Testing, deployment, and platform upgrade support
  • Incident resolution and technical troubleshooting
  • Stakeholder collaboration and impact assessment
  • Technical documentation and delivery ownership

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands on ServiceNow development or solution architecture experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, or development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in at least one or more ServiceNow product lines: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
  • Proven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in a project or production environment.
  • Can independently configure, customize, troubleshoot, document, automate workflows, and support platform changes or enhancement

Additional Details:

  • Work Setup: Hybrid (Mandaluyong, QC, or BGC)
  • Work Schedule: Need to be flexible, set to mid or night shift
