ServiceNow Developer

Overview

As part of the 74Software Information Systems team, the ServiceNow Developer designs, develops, and supports ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes, improve user experience, and strengthen integration across the company's enterprise systems. Location: Sofia, BulgariaWork model: Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
• Maintain CMDB integrity and data quality, supporting improvement of related processes.
• Implement automation using Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Configure dashboards and analytical reports based on user and stakeholder requirements.
• Contribute to integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (Snowflake, Workday, Salesforce, API-based systems, etc.).
• Troubleshoot issues, refine configurations, and support platform optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and follow ServiceNow best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM fundamentals.
• Experience working with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, web services).
• Familiarity with Workflows engines, Catalog Items, and ACLs.
• Experience with testing methodologies (unit, regression, end-to-end).
• Solid analytical and debugging skills with attention to security, performance, and maintainability.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver quality work in a fast-moving environment.
• English is mandatory
• Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, verbal and writing skills)
• Ability to adapt to new situations

 

Nice to have:

• BS in Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Located in Sofia
