About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing industrial refrigeration systems across a diverse range of customer sites throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions.

This hands-on role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown service work on industrial refrigeration systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults to minimise downtime

• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide technical advice when required

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

• Contribute to a positive safety-first culture

What You'll Bring

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or equivalent industry experience

• Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Restricted Electrical Licence

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

Highly Regarded

• Experience working on industrial refrigeration systems

• Ammonia refrigeration experience

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible and proactive approach to service work
