Service Technician (for Water Dispenser)

The Water Dispenser Technician is responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Bottleless Water Dispensers. Based in Quezon City, the Water Dispenser Technician will work with the Operations Team to ensure that dispensers deployed to clients and other stakeholders are in proper working condition.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation & Testing: Safely deliver, install, and test water dispensers (including water purifiers and filtration systems) on client sites.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular cleaning, sanitization, and filter replacement on scheduled visits.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with units (e.g., faulty thermostats, water leaks, heating/cooling failures) and perform necessary repairs.
• Customer Education: Teach clients how to properly use, maintain, and troubleshoot basic issues with their dispensers.
• Documentation: Fill out service reports, job orders, and inventory logs accurately.
• Parts Management: Monitor parts inventory and request necessary replacements or tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mature, honest, responsible, good worker. May kusa at malasakit sa trabaho.
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• At least 18 years old. Male or Female and physically fit to do some lifting.
• Preferably High School graduate and willing to be trained.
• Can commit to 8 working hours of work Monday to Saturday and Overtime work when necessary.
• Punctual and Reliable (No tardiness or absenteeism).
• No previous record of violating Code of Conduct in work or school.
• SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig registration (to be assisted by HR)

• Salary: Minimum Wage Rate in Metro Manila + Overtime (Approximately ₱18,000 monthly) + 13th Month Pay & Other Incentives
