Service Technician - Commercial TIs

About the Role   Our client is seeking an experienced Service Technician to provide aftercare and general support to clients post completion of commercial tenant improvement projects   You will work closely with customers, ensuring all aspects of projects have been completed to a high level of quality, and that any outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner.   Responsibilities   • Conduct inspections and determine servicing needs for a variety of commercial tenant improvement projects • Respond to customer inquiries through email and phone • Meet with customers in person and determine servicing needed • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, lead on site work • Maintain accurate project and customer information • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the level of service provided • Support daily office and project administration   Skills and Requirements   • Experience as a Service Technician on commercial tenant improvement projects • Ability to coordinate with multiple ongoing projects at once • Understanding of and willingness to learn commercial tenant improvement construction • Proven ability to work with multiple priorities • Strong organizational and coordination skills • Ability to find quick solutions and implement them proactively as problems arise day-to-day   Benefits   • Paid vacation time • RRSP matching • Extended health benefits • Personal time allowance • Yearly profit sharing bonus • Opportunity to work alongside a great team   Final Thoughts   We believe in diversity of thought and experience.
