About this role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Service, inspect, diagnose, and repair valves, actuators, and associated equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electro-pneumatic systems.
- Complete inspections and prepare condition reports.
- Perform workshop activities safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve quality, safety, and delivery targets.
- Maintain compliance with Emerson's safety and quality requirements.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial equipment.
- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive, reliable attitude.
- Current driver's licence.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Mechanical trade qualification or relevant technical experience.
- Experience working with valves, pumps, actuators, or rotating equipment.
- Forklift and/or Dogging licence.
- Experience in a workshop or industrial service environment.
