Service Sales Representative
Location: Podgorica, Montenegro (with regular travel across Montenegro and Southern Serbia)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Salesperson to join our team in Montenegro and support our service business across Montenegro and Southern Serbia.
What will you be doing?
As a Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and growing KONE's service business, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Manage and develop KONE's service portfolio in Montenegro and Southern Serbia
Expand the customer base through active prospecting and business development activities
Ensure high customer satisfaction and address customer concerns in cooperation with the wider KONE team
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
Sales and Business Development
Manage and actively grow existing customer accounts and new business acquisition
Identify and pursue service, repair, modernization, and maintenance opportunities
Prepare quotations, negotiate agreements, and close sales opportunities
Support revenue growth while ensuring profitability targets are met
Collaborate closely with Service Supervisors, Service Technicians, and New Business Sales colleagues
Support receivables collection and commercial follow-up activities
Operational and Administrative Responsibilities
Manage spare parts ordering and issuance from the local warehouse
Maintain accurate inventory records and support material balance management
Coordinate repair orders, spare part movements, and invoicing activities
Work closely with KPMG regarding invoicing and service-related documentation
Ensure all sales opportunities, customer visits, and activities are accurately documented in Salesforce
Prepare reports and sales forecasts as required
What are we looking for?
Experience & Background
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales
Experience in service sales, maintenance services, technical services, or a related field
Elevator industry experience is considered a strong advantage
Technical understanding and affinity for technical products and services
High school diploma required; higher education is considered an advantage but is not a requirement
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Commercial mindset with customer-focused approach
Excellent relationship-building abilities
Resilience and persistence in achieving targets
Proactive planning and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Strong administrative and analytical capabilities
Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales data
Intermediate level English language skills
Valid driving license
