  • Develop and manage GFM budgets in partnership with the Senior Service Delivery Manager, Regional GFM Head, GFM Finance, and supplier partners; monitor spending, trends, and accruals against budget.
  • Lead or support GFM capital, maintenance, operational, and facility-related projects, ensuring delivery within established time, cost, scope, and quality expectations.

  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in corporate facilities management and real estate operations, such as executive-level collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulatory, legal, compliance, and HSE requirements within a facilities management environment.
  • Experience developing and managing budgets, spending forecasts, accruals, and financial performance within a complex operational environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in governance and contract management, such as oversight of SLAs and KPIs.
  • Proven experience managing third-party suppliers, contractors, and service providers while building strong relationships with internal business partners.
  • Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, such as the practical application of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions within facilities or operations.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-management capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to adjust communication and influence strategies for different audiences.
  • Experience executing enterprise-wide transformation strategies that produce measurable and sustainable results.
