Job Description

As a Service Communications Advisor, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive clear, accurate, and professional support throughout their interactions with Skillbridge Academy.

This position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized, enjoys helping people, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.

You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate information, respond to inquiries, resolve service-related concerns, and help maintain a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers regarding services, requests, and general inquiries.
• Communicate service information clearly and accurately.
• Serve as a point of contact between customers and internal departments.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and identifying appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service updates.
• Follow up on open requests to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate information between team members to support efficient daily operations.
• Identify recurring service concerns and communicate relevant information to management.
• Maintain a professional approach when handling sensitive or challenging conversations.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development initiatives.
