Stellenbeschreibung
- Technische und kaufmännische Auftragsprüfung und Anlage der Projekte und WBS-Elemente im ERP
- Service- und Projektadministration inkl. Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen
- Kundenkoordination: Terminvereinbarung, Korrespondenz, eigenständige technische und kaufmännische Betreuung
- Vertragsmanagement: Pflege von Vertragsdokumentation und Mitarbeit an der Erstellung von Dienstleistungsverträgen
- Operative Abwicklung der Logistikaufträge: Materialbeschaffung, Angebotsprüfung, Frachtraumberechnung, Dokumentenanforderung, Wareneingang, Rechnungsfreigaben
- Erstellung und Pflege von Performance‑ und Kostenreports
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B: Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ähnliches)
- Technische Ausbildung (bspw. Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik) von Vorteil
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Logistik von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Vertragswesen, Kalkulation und Fakturierung
- Technisches Grundverständnis, vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektromechanik
- Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP / C4C und Operation1
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Umsetzungs- und Ergebnisorientierung mit effizientem Zeit- und Prioritätenmanagement

Für diese Position bieten wir dir ein attraktives All-In Gehalt ab € 4.000,00 Brutto/Monat. Die letztgültige Gehaltsvereinbarung treffen wir im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gespräches.
