Service Administrator

We are looking for a talented Service Advisor for our Distribution business in Henderson, CO. 

100% Onsite 

You will make an impact in the following ways:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at the branch

· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

· Identify customer needs and gather relevant equipment and repair information

· Prepare quotes, estimates, claims, and repair plans

· Provide customers with timely updates on the status of repair work

· Create and review work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty processing

· Communicate the value of recommended and additional services to customers

· Escalate technical issues and use available resources to obtain product and repair information

· Complete additional administrative tasks as needed

In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following:

· Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner

· Previous experience in service and repair, warranty administration, service coordination, or a related field preferred

· Experience preparing estimates and communicating the value of additional services is a plus

· Strong computer skills and the ability to work across multiple software platforms

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced service environment

· Ability to gather technical information and appropriately escalate complex issues

· High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent relevant experience

· Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience

· This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
