Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with proven experience in the gaming/iGaming or sports betting industry to improve organic search visibility, traffic and player acquisition. The ideal candidate must understand the Nigerian gaming market and have hands-on experience executing SEO strategies for betting, casino or gaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for gaming/betting websites.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content, landing pages and metadata.
- Manage technical SEO, site structure, internal linking and indexing.
- Develop and execute link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings and SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility across Google Search and emerging AI search platforms.
- Research Nigerian gaming/betting search trends and identify high-value keywords.
- Track competitors and provide actionable SEO recommendations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with proven experience in the gaming, iGaming or sports betting industry.
- Strong understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and Ahrefs/SEMrush.
- Good understanding of keyword research, content strategy and link building.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian search market and betting/gaming keywords.
- Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI search visibility is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
