About this role

Job Summary

Technical Operations Factory – Linux Factory Computer (MARS & Raspberry Pi)
Support, administer, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems including MARS platforms and Raspberry Pi devices used for automation, IoT, testing, monitoring, and edge computing environments. 

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems. Manage Raspberry Pi devices, peripherals, and firmware updates. Troubleshoot Linux server, hardware, network, and application issues. Support device provisioning, imaging, patching, and lifecycle management. Monitor system performance, logs, and availability. Configure networking, remote access, SSH, and security settings. Support automation scripts and deployment activities. Handle incidents, service requests, and root cause analysis (RCA).
