Job Description : Summary :\\\\r\\\\n• Strong PingFederate / SSO experience\\\\r\\\\n• Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth/OIDC and authentication troubleshooting\\\\r\\\\n• Experience supporting production IAM environments and willing to work in 24x7 support team\\\\r\\\\n• Good communication skills\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to independently own incidents, integrations and operational activities\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nUID Operate Services\\\\r\\\\n• Ticket Management\\\\r\\\\n• Monitor overall OneUID SSO Platform health, performance, root cause analysis, and problem management.\\\\r\\\\n• Analytical Reports to identify any network or LDAP gateway issues and fix them manually or report for Ping Identity Support to avoid end user impact.\\\\r\\\\n• Facilitate support case resolution with the vendor\\\\r\\\\n• Support OneUID Services like PingID MFA enrollment issues, SSL renewals, new rollouts like Password less authentication\\\\r\\\\n• Support IdP SAML Certificate Renewal and SP SAML Certificate update\\\\r\\\\n• Update OneUID Wiki and keep it up to date.\\\\r\\\\n• Prepare and share Weekly reporting to show primary incident trends, analytics current counts, ops projects, MTPs covered and SSO Login Analytics (User accounts, lockouts, apps accessed)\\\\r\\\\nApplication On-boarding Support\\\\r\\\\n• Support production deployment of new applications (~50 per month) when integrating with SSO as per the documents provided by the HP’s Ping Engineering team\\\\r\\\\nOn-going Development & Change Management\\\\r\\\\n• LDAP Gateway version upgrade & Conduct post upgrade monitoring\\\\r\\\\n• Perform configuration changes at Ping Federate end like\\\\r\\\\no IdP Adapters, Selectors creations and updates\\\\r\\\\no Update existing HTML/Messages templates\\\\r\\\\no Create and Update Authentication Policy Tree and Fragments\\\\r\\\\no Create and Update OAuth ATMs, OIDC Policies\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\no Create and Update PingID Policies\\\\r\\\\nAudit & Compliance Support\\\\r\\\\n• Support SOX audit teams every quarter by providing screenshots of SSO Integrated applications masking sensitive information\\\\r\\\\n• Participate in audit walk-throughs every quarter with internal and external auditors and support the audit requests with evidence \\\\r\\\\n
