Skill Requirement :Ā o Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. \\r\\no Create and maintain forms, fields, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications. \\r\\no Develop and manage catalogue items and service request workflows. \\r\\no Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using MID Servers, APIs, and Integration Hub.\\r\\no Deep knowledge for ServiceNow Upgrades.
