Job Description:
Senior Warehouse Worker
Ubicación: Parque industrial San Diego

Este puesto realiza las operaciones de supervision en piso.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Manejo de personal operativo.
- Distribucion de recursos para el correcto funcionamiento de ingresos, inventarios y despachos.
- Programación de horarios del personal operativo apoyado en analista de inventario.
- Seguimiento al cumplimiento de horarios del personal operativo.
- Participación en evaluación de desempeño del personal operativo
- Seguimiento al diligenciamiento del activity sistem del personal operativo.
- Presencia y acompañamiento al comité de higiene.
- Garantizar orden y aseo del CEDI por medio de recorridos diarios.
- Seguimiento y programación para recogida diaria de residuos.
- Garantiza el correcto almacenamiento e identificación de mercancía.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de normas establecidas.
- Apoyar informes de resultado de los procesos de la operación.
- Seguimiento al correcto y oportuno diligenciamiento de Métricas
- Reporte y seguimiento de ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento y/o instalaciones y equipos.
- Seguimiento al uso correcto de EPPS del personal operativo y realizar solicitudes en caso de que se requiera cambio de estos o ingreso de personal nuevo.
- Participación en investigación de desviaciones, quejas, NC y ejecución de los planes de acción.
- Comunicación con el área de acondicionamiento para garantizar el correcto flujo operative.
Educación y Experiencia:
Bachillerato o algún tipo de formación técnica
- Experiencia de 1 año en supervision de procesos logísticos.
