What You'll Do

UI/UX Design & Conversion Optimization

• Design intuitive, user-centered website experiences and landing pages.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Optimize digital experiences to improve engagement, usability, and lead conversion.
• Conduct user-centered design thinking and continuously improve digital touchpoints.

Design Systems & Brand Consistency

• Build, maintain, and scale comprehensive design systems in Figma.
• Ensure consistency across websites, portals, marketing campaigns, and digital products.
• Develop scalable design standards and visual guidelines.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and design quality across all assets.

Creative Direction & Visual Branding

• Support the evolution and execution of the firm's visual identity.
• Design marketing materials, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and branded assets.
• Create visual experiences that balance professionalism, trust, empathy, and advocacy.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership on brand positioning and creative strategy.

Video Content & Multimedia Production

• Edit and optimize short-form video content for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Create engaging visual storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Support content marketing initiatives through motion graphics, video editing, and visual enhancements.
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with developers to translate designs into functional digital experiences.
• Deliver organized design files, prototypes, and developer handoffs.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
• Utilize project management tools to manage priorities and creative workflows efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Visual Design, Product Design, or related creative fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, UI/UX, branding, and digital design work.
• Experience creating conversion-focused websites and landing pages.
• Experience with video editing and multimedia content production.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of modern design principles, user behavior, and digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with WordPress websites and development teams.
• Experience designing for lead-generation and performance-marketing environments.
• Knowledge of UX research, usability testing, and conversion optimization.
• Experience within legal, healthcare, professional services, or high-growth organizations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and motion graphics tools.
