Senior Unreal Developer

• Architecting Core Systems: Design and implement modular, extensible systems that power player mechanics, combat, and world interactions using C++ and Blueprints.
  
• Creative Collaboration: Translate design visions into polished gameplay experiences, working hand-in-hand with Designers and Artists to refine the "game feel" and player feedback loops.
  
• Empowering Content Creators: Build intuitive tools and flexible pipelines (custom actors, data assets, and editor utilities) that allow the creative team to iterate on levels and mechanics without technical friction.
  
• Performance & Feel Optimization: Profile and debug gameplay code to ensure fluid frame rates and responsive controls across all target platforms.
  
• Seamless Multi-Platform Delivery: Manage the technical nuances of cross-platform deployment, ensuring the gameplay experience remains consistent and high-quality from console to PC.
  
• Technical Innovation: Proactively explore the latest Unreal Engine features (like Enhanced Input, Niagara, or Motion Matching) to push the boundaries of what’s possible in-game.
  

Profil

• 7+ years of experience in game programming, with a minimum of 5 years in Unreal Engine;
  
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprints, with a solid understanding of software architecture and gameplay;
  
• You see AI as an essential tool to push boundaries and focus on what matters: content, not container;
  
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills;
  
• Willingness to work in various domains (architecture, gameplay, tools);
  
• Familiarity with version control systems (Perforce);
  
• Experience in cross-platform development and porting (a strong asset);
  
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages (an asset);
  
• Knowledge of C# programming and Unity (an asset).
