About this role
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and document business requirements for Home Loan and Personal Loan products.
Understand and support the complete loan lifecycle:
Lead Generation
Customer Onboarding
KYC & Verification
Credit Assessment
Bureau Checks (CIBIL/Experian/Equifax)
Loan Origination
Underwriting
Approval & Sanction
Disbursement
EMI Servicing
Collections & Recovery
Loan Closure
Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
Conduct gap analysis and coordinate with business, product, technology, and testing teams.
Support UAT and production validation activities.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and lending regulations.
Participate in requirement walkthroughs and stakeholder discussions.
