About this role

Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal Adobe Solution Architect with extensive experience in Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Customer Orchestration (CO). This role will serve as the technical leader for Adobe MarTech initiatives, driving solution strategy, architecture governance, platform adoption, and delivery excellence across enterprise customer engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define the Adobe MarTech architecture vision and roadmap.
    • Partner with business, product, marketing, and technology leadership to align customer engagement capabilities with organizational objectives.
    • Drive architecture decisions, platform standards, and solution governance.
    Solution Architecture
    • Lead end-to-end architecture design for Adobe Journey Optimizer and Customer Orchestration implementations.
    • Design scalable customer engagement ecosystems leveraging AEP, Real-Time CDP, customer profiles, audience services, and decisioning capabilities.
    • Define integration patterns across CRM, data warehouses, customer data platforms, and enterprise applications.
    • Establish best practices for identity management, profile unification, segmentation, and journey orchestration.
    Delivery Leadership
    • Provide technical oversight throughout the software development lifecycle.
    • Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and solution assessments.
    • Support estimation, planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
    • Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance of Adobe solutions.
    Technical Mentorship
    • Mentor architects, senior developers, QA analysts, and analytics resources.
    • Establish development standards, coding practices, and implementation frameworks.
    • Drive capability development and knowledge sharing within the Adobe practice.
    Required Qualifications
    • 12+ years of overall experience in Digital, CRM, MarTech, or Customer Experience platforms.
    • 5+ years of Adobe Experience Cloud architecture experience.
    • Deep expertise in:
      • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
      • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
      • Customer Orchestration (CO)
      • Real-Time Customer Profile
      • Audience Segmentation
      • Offer Decisioning
      • Identity Services
      • Adobe Experience Cloud integrations
    • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, and data platforms.
    • Experience leading global delivery teams and enterprise implementations.
    • Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and business leadership.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Adobe Experience Cloud Architect Certifications.
    • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
    • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or enterprise CRM platforms.
    • TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications.
