About this role

Job Summary

Senior Java Full Stack Engineer responsible for developing and supporting scalable trade processing applications within the RMS platform. The role focuses on full-stack development, microservices architecture, and delivering business-critical solutions that support the complete OTC derivatives trade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern web technologies.
  2. Develop scalable and high-performance solutions that support trade processing workflows.
  3. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
  4. Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  5. Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and operational processes.
  6. Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver platform enhancements

Skill Requirements

  1. Strong experience in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
  2. Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
  3. Expertise in REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
  4. Experience with Kafka and Oracle Database.
  5. Knowledge of software design principles, automated testing, and quality engineering practices.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Other Requirements

  1. Experience in Capital Markets, Trade Processing, or OTC Derivatives environments preferred.
  2. Experience working in Agile development teams.
  3. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  4. Ability to support production systems and manage technical issues.
