Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to manage both RUN operations and project delivery activities. This role combines operational leadership, service governance, stakeholder management, and technical expertise, with a strong focus on Mendix and low-code application environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, service stability, and successful project execution aligned with client expectations.  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RUN support and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate Mendix application development and enhancement projects.
• Monitor service quality, performance metrics, and delivery KPIs.
• Drive governance processes and periodic reporting.
• Manage project deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and delivery commitments.
