- Approximately 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong, recent, hands-on production experience with Angular 18+.
- Demonstrated production experience with standalone components, Signals, RxJS, reactive forms, routing, guards, interceptors, lazy loading, and testing.
- Advanced TypeScript skills beyond basic interfaces and annotations.
- Strong semantic HTML, CSS3, SCSS, Flexbox, Grid, responsive design, and cross-browser experience.
- Direct experience building or materially maintaining a shared component library or design system used by multiple applications or teams.
- Practical experience with design tokens, CSS custom properties, theming, component documentation, versioning, and backward compatibility.
- Practical accessibility experience, including keyboard, focus, forms, and screen-reader behavior.
- Experience integrating Angular with REST APIs and troubleshooting cross-layer issues.
- Working knowledge of C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core.
- Hands-on Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience.
- Strong communication, technical judgment, and independent problem-solving skills.
